Positive: What a beautiful location. Amazing views, great amenities, clean room, great hosts. As a bonus, the other guests on the property were all super friendly, and our whale watching from the deck was spectacular. If you are looking for a remote, but enjoyable, Baja experience, this is the place. Negative: The check in was a tiny bit challenging. Because the community gate is locked, you have to meet the property manager. But there is no cellular service in this remote area so you have to text them as you leave Cabo to give them an estimated time of arrival.We knew that would be the case so it wasn’t unexpected but no one was there to meet us when we arrived so we ended up walking to the house to get them in order to come back and let us in. It could’ve gone smoother, but really wasn’t a big deal deal. The laidback attitude is part of the Baja charm.

Beautiful place, bad communication. Negative: The manager, Manny was unclear about location. When we needed to depart there was no one to unlock the gate.

Great experience! Positive: We had a very pleasant stay. Check-in and communication were very smooth. Great view of the sea.
